GORE-TEX Upper
Protecting feet and keeping them cool and fresh on poor weather trail running adventures, the Ride TR2 GORE-TEX have a durable mesh upper combined with a GORE-TEX shield. The durable mesh provides a constant supply of fresh air to your feet, preventing overheating and ensuring they remain cool and cosy across intense periods on the trail.
With a flexible nature, the materials wrap around your foot comfortably for an enjoyable wearing experience, while being abrasion-resistant to protect you from knocks, bumps and bashes on the trail. Working alongside this, the shoes feature a GORE-TEX shield, a waterproof membrane that helps to ensure feet stay dry when out in poor, wet weather and changing conditions.
The uppers prevent water from entering, whilst also repelling moisture and sweat within the shoes, keeping feet dry and fresh inside and out. Durable overlays provide extra protection in high-wearing areas and add structure to the shoes for comfort. Finally, the shoes have traditional laces that provide you with a locked-in, secure fit and prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.
PWRRUN Midsole
Providing supreme comfort and underfoot cushioning, the Ride TR2 GORE-TEX utilise a full-length, lightweight PWRRUN midsole. The compound provides you with an ultra-soft landing, on all surface types and across all trail running conditions. The midsole works to add an extra spring in your step, to provide you powerful strides and supreme comfort. Additionally, PWRRUN is a durable midsole with excellent energy return and shock-absorbing properties, helping reduce the risks of injury or discomfort when striking down on hard and unforgiving surfaces.
PWRTRAC Outsole
For outstanding traction and superior grip across trail running conditions and constantly changing terrain, the Ride TR2 GORE-TEX has a PWRTRAC outsole. This durable compound offers exceptional long-lasting traction and enhanced durability to ensure you can rely on them for the long haul and provide you optimal traction for the next trail running adventure. Adorning the outsole are mild 3.5mm lugs, making them perfect for road to trail and back.
